Wall type hatch patterns issue

I am in need of assistance with hatch patterns that appear in wall styles. The hatch patterns are appearing different on my workstation than they do on my associate's workstation. The .pat files are the same as are several other system variables and settings. There must be a setting on my machine that is different but I do not know what. I am wanting the file to appear as it does on my associate's workstation.  Can anyone help?

Be sure you are on the same profile and template. This will control the HP scale. If this is correct be sure that both workstations have the exact same pats loaded and are in the same directory. also be sure the order of the file locations in options is the exact same.
