Vieport being ploted in blank

Hi all, i know what the problem is but don't know how to solve it, or why
is happening

when i set up my layout, and place my vieport everything is fine, then i
import my x ref and still fine, the problem is when i pan the viewport to
show part of the model, at that point eveerything goes blank. Why? is there
a way to solve it?

We have a similar problem here on one of the computers running 3rd party software, it is usually fixed by running Zoom Extents.

Yes, but i don't have a 3rd party software, and zoom extents didn't work for
me
