Using Acad Project which is best

We are new AEC Project.

When creating a multiple sheets set of building plans using Acad Project, what is the correct way to handle the different trades version of the data.

I.E. I have the building outline of a project approx 14 sheets that illustrates the out line of the wall and columns.

Do I create another project for electrical or do I add to the current project?

Which is best for multi-users?

If you mean an ACA "project" using the Project Navigator I would have all in one project.

You can create the various categories for MPE as needed which will allow multi users to work on the various files.
