Urgent Advice for Display of Lines

I have recently installed Architecture 2008 and havent had any problems so far..
Until i have to model ontop of someone else's Cad Site Plan.
My problem is when i zoom in so close i can see my endpoint is not correctly picking up the corner and i can sometimes see double lines,untill i zoom out and then it all becomes normal again,zoom back in same thing.

Ive checked my snap settings,checked display driver.

Im running a 3.0 Ghz QuadCore,4gig Ram,NVidia Quadro FX1700 512mb Graphics Card,XP 64

Any Advice would be really appreciated

If you want help urgently i'd suggest posting the dwg.

Don't zoom in so close.

Cad GENERATES little errors with irregular geometry....
