Unit troubles in drawing in Autocad architecture student 2014

Hello,

I'm a novice in Autocad Architecture Student and I have some problems with units and scale.

When I draw a line for example 5 meters I get different values depending on the zoom (around 3000 to 6000).

I've changed my units drawing to meters, tried the WBLOCK settings and check on the scale (1.0) in primary units in DIMcommand.

How can I change the settings to type 5 meters for a line and get a measure of 5 meters ?
