Trouble transferring my license to a new computer

I didn't know about the TLU.  I just installed 2013 onto my new computer and tried to license it.  Now I get Error Message #1.  Your help request form is asking me for a 'request code' and I have no idea what it is.  Please help me by telephone.

You can use the online method to activate your license here:

You will need to provide your serial number and the request code.  You can get the request code by activating the product and choosing to activate it manually with an authorization code.
