textfindres.dll coming up as a trojan

Hello,

I ran a spyware search today with Iobit Malware Figher 2 today and it turned up textfindres.dll as trojan.  I searched on the internet about it, but I couldn't find anything directly related to AutoCAD or Autodesk.  Can someone give me more information about this?
