Text will not print only a box

My text does not appear just a box around where the text is when I attempt to print it out in both paper and model space. The text appears in model space but doesn't print (just the box around it)

If you could please let me know how to fix this issue I would greatly appreciate it!

what font are you using? what font type are you using?

plotting to what? and how is that driver set to handle Windows TTF fonts?

Is QTEXT off?

Thank you so much for that tip...some how the Qtext was turned on, you wouldn't believe how crazy it was making me trying to figure out the solution. Thanks again!
