Snapping

ACA2011

So...here's a question: is it possible when drawing a line to snap to a 'grip'?  I've got a drawing that has been converted from PDF to DWG and the wall outlines are gone. What is there is hatching that is the poche. That means I could re-trace the walls if I could snap to the outside grips of the solid hatching that is there. I'd love any ideas here....

Thanks,

Scott

Why not use HATCHEDIT to recreate the hatch boundary? Your method is not practical.

Thank you for your post.  In this case there may be a few ways to achieve the described goal but if possible could you post a copy of this converted drawing for review.  This may help us in the community better understand and supply suggestions moving forward wherever applicable.  Thank you and we look forward to your reply.
