set the TEXTQLTY to 100 permanently

I use the publish dialog box to print "dwg to pdf" for larg print jobs. I would like to set  TEXTQLTY to 100. why does Autodesk make this NOT Possible with out opening each sheet one at a time. this should be a global setting. am I missing something here?

The help file says that the initial value is 50 for TEXTQLTY and that it is not saved.

Why this is I really don't know, probably to keep regen time down when you have a lot of text.

You could create a startup routine that sets this to 100 each time you open a file or start a new file.
