I'm having a file isolated issue/problem. Inside of some files, when I move the mouse to click select an area to zoom to or to create a selection area for copying or any other command that uses a selection window, the first point of the window will pop to some unintended area in the drawing area.
I've attached a screen shot showing the selection window and then 'A' and 'Z'.
So, when I went to zoom into the rear of the left elevation, I tried to click on location 'A' first, but the selection window began at location 'Z'.
I have 2 files open, and in the other file, the selection window works just fine.
Help, please, this is driving me batty.
Attempted fixes:
Purged and audited the files after doing an erase all to get rid of any unwanted hidden items.
Closed autocad and restarted the machine.
Took a clean file, deleted everything, copied the information from the bad file into it and did a file saveas.
Verified that pickfirst and pickadd were set properly.
