Roof Wall Intersection

I have made a roof and used walls from and exreff. What I need to know is how do I get the walls to extend to the roof?

Thx

Dave

I don't  know of this, but the other way around do the job: the roof as Xref in the walls dwg.

Not sure of your question, so here are two possible answers:

If  your wall and roof are simply not correctly aligned, you can either correct the elevation of your roof in the properties palette, or you can select the xrefed walls and modify the Z insertion point of the xref in the properties palette.

If you need to extend the walls at a gable end to the roof, you can either Refedit the walls in place or open the drawing with the wall and xref in the roof.  In either case,  you modify the roof/floor line by projecting the walls to the roof (right click and select Roof/Floor line).
