reset ACA in my lap top

I reset ALL programs in my lap top, but im tryin to install AutoCAD back using the only license # I get, even serial number match, product key doesn't. I have received severals email from Autodesk confirming serial # and Product key, All of them give same numbers, stil Product key doesn't match. Help please. solutions at yaniow@hotmail.com
