Project Navigator is not working

<->When I'm in Project Navigator and I add levels and/or divisions, I then click on OK, but nothing gets saved and doesn't show up in the Project Navigator. It's like I don't have permission to make any changes in Project Navigator. Has anyone run into this problem?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Have you tried logging into the machine as the local Administrator, instead of using your personal credentials, to see if this might be permissions-related?

• Does this happen with every project, or only certain ones?
• Is the project stored locally, or in a shared network location?
• Is this only happening on your machine, or are others in your office affected?
• Did the issue begin suddenly, or has the program always behaved this way for you?
• If it began suddenly, did you install any Windows updates around the time it started happening?
