Problems Reading Property Set Data

I'm having a some discrepencies from one computer to the next.

We can open a drawing on one computer, and when highlighting a space, we can see all property set data contained in a "space".  Schedules also work fine and read the data.

Opening up the same exact drawing on another computer, all the property set data is blank.  The schedules still has all the data, but when highlighting the space, there appears to be nothing in the property sets.

Is there a global setting that would change this from computer to computer?  Same company, same install.
