physical plotter in the pull down menu

In the print dialog box, in the plotter pull down list, we only shows pc3 files instead of the physical plotter itself.

For example:

OCE700.pc3 and we do not show \OCE700\UPSTAIRS.

Every CAD system I have ever set up, I have never hidden the physical plotter and frankly I do not even know how to hide them. Is there a system variable that will allow me to see the physical plotter in the pull down the print dialog box, in the plotter pull down list, we only shows pc3 files instead of the physical plotter itself. ... Or uncheck the box with the same name in the PLOT tab of OPTIONS command.
