I'm trying to use the partialopen option when opening a large file, but the dialog box is not coming up and autocad is fully opening the file. I've made sure spatial and layer indexes are saved with the file so INDEXCTL is set to 3 and FILDIA is set to 1. I've tried it on a few files but it doesn't work on any of them. Any suggestions?
