Palette doesn't tear drop from Content Browser

I've got a palette in Content Browser that I try to Tear-Drop to a computer, but all I get is a QUICK hour glass and then nothing.

 

I can create a palette and tear drop tools, but I want to be able to refresh the entire talet at once.  Anyone run into this that can offer a solution??
