Osnap problem

For whatever reason, my osnap is turning itself off. Keep having to hit F3......Anyone else having this problem?

Nothing turns itself off: something is doing it. Please elaborate in more
detail, such as commands that trigger this option, or things you do in ACA
that may trigger it.

I run into this problem running ACA 2009 on Win 7 64bit OS. Never had a problem with XP but now when Osnaps are preset, regardless of what tool I choose next they get turned off again.
