objects cannot be saved error message.

I am using AutoCad 2009 Student Version. I have not imported anything or done anything strange. I keep getting this error message "One or more objects in this drawings cannot be saved to the specified format. The operation was not completed and no file was created". I get this message even after I open up the drawing and immediately try to save it again. This is driving me crazy! Please help if you have any suggestions or know how to resolve this issue.

Your save setting is to an earlier version of ACA, probably 2004 or earlier.
You can't save AEC09 objects earlier than AEC07. Change your save options.

We are running 2009 with latest service pack and we get the same error even when it is set to save as AutoCAD2007.

I "Audit" the drawings first, then "Save". It seems to work so far.
