Missing Express Tools

Greetings,

I am using AutoCAD Architecture 2010 and I do not see the Express Tools tab like I am used to seeing in AutoCAD 2011 and 2012.  I believe it has the commands "EXTRIM and TCOUNT", which are quite handy. 

How can I access/load Express Tools in AutoCAD Architecture 2010?

They require a separate deliberate selection durin the software install: if you type EXPRESSTOOLS and/or EXPRESSMENU at the command line and ARCH reports unknown comamnds then ask your CAD Manager or IT person to rerun the ARCH installer to put back like this http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-...
