Missing Content browser and tool palettes

I've recently upgraded to Win7 64bit.   In Acad Architecture (trial versions 2010,2011 &2012)The content browser has nothing in it and the tool palettes aren't there. What is going on?  Anyone had the same problem?

I had the same problem. I was able to browse to where the AEC Content folder was located, but it wouldn't recognize the location. Oddly enough it would sometimes show my civil content. Only solution was to reinstall from CD. My first installation was from the download site. Don't know if that was the root of my problem or not. I also had to use system restore to uninstall ACA and C3D, since the uninstall feature bombed out every time I tried!

Double check your AEC Content file locations (Options-AEC Content Tab) before uninstalling. The default locations are:

AEC DesignCenter Content Path: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ACA 2012\enu\AEC Content

Tool Catalog Content Root Path: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ACA 2012\enu\

IFC Content Path: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ACA 2012\enu\Styles\

Did you ever get this to work? Did you try to use a retail disc to fix the problem?
