Mirroring Text/Dim's Isssue

I have noticed when Mirroring Text, If the Text is Perpinduclar to the Mirror Line its Fine, Not Backwards...But....

If the Text is Parallel to the Mirror Line, It comes out UPSIDE DOWN  ?? and Multi. lines of Text come out Upsdie Down and In Reverse Order ??

Less of an Issue, Dim's change side if the dim Line ??

Is there a Setting or Command for Controlling How Different Objects Mirror ??

If you will be mirroring about the horizontal axis, use mtext for multi-line text.  Otherwise, your drawings will be a checker's nightmare.
