Making a new level

I am doing a 900 sq foot commercial bank, and I am trying to create a second floor. I am use to revit, being able to create elevations, then select that height and being able to draw on it. How do I create a second floor and draw my walls on it. I have tried created a second level in the project navigator but it does not make any sense to me.

Have you tried reading the help menu?
There's a bit to it bit more than a simple reply on the NG.
It's not that hard and organises your drawings for you but you need to learn
how to use it. There is tutorials too I think.

First: If you did not create a second level, do so in the PN on the Project
tab. Edit levels.
Second: On the constructs tab, right click on the constructs tab and choose
add new construct. Put check marks in the level(s) you want it applicable
to.
Alternate second: Right click on the first floor construct in PN and choose
copy to levels.

In ACA you draw your upper level with a base elevation of zero, just like
you did with the lower level. The project navigator transmogrifies it to the
elevation that you specified on the project tab (and that you selected when
you created your construct) when it gloms stuff together into a view. (Sorry
about all the technical jargon.)
