Lost OOB tool palette

I have somehow lost my ANNOTATION tool tab from by DOCUMENT palette. How can I get it back?

Rt Click on your tool palettes title bar, select customize palettes, look on the left to see if it is there, if it is gone go to content browser select sample palette catalog, browse to it and eye dropper it back into your drawing then go back to customize and drag it from the left columnt to the right column and into the document folder.
