line weight and Plot style

I want to plot using Line weight specified in the Layer property dialog box with D A CH (monochrome) scale 1:100.CTB. My printer is black and white. When I use D A CH (monochrome) scale 1:100.CTB the object are black on the paper but no lineweights on them. When I check the Plot objects lineweights in Page set up manager my objects are turned gray.
What setup to make to show lineweights and monochrome (black) objects?
Any idea? Thanks
Alex

I currently use a ctb file (moving to AEC Standard.stb) that I have set the
first ten pens to print pen thickness and the rest are .25 set to print
black.
If I want to print colour, I must use a colour NOT of 1-255 and they will
also print thickness but the 1-255 will ignore thickness.
The OOTB D A CH (monochrome) scale 1:100.CTB seems to have line thickness
set at 0.00 but the description of the plot file says Color 7 =0.35 all
other colours at 0.18mm. I would say you either have to alter the plot
file, use another or use colours (almost black) outside 1-255 range (true
colour) and set the thickness as you want.

It's why I am moving to a stb file !
