KEYBOARD HEADACHES

Hi,

Only in Autocad, my keyboard changes from standard US english keying to some other language!

 

For example, the "?" when struck, becomes "e'"...its driving me mad. And as you can tell works ok when typing on the internet????!!!! <---

 

How can i fix this? Right now i cannot enter any dimensions because my ' and "  keys dont work!
