It makes Stairs which are seen in Isometric not in 2D!

I changed my project levels & heights...
When I create a stair, it isn't seen in the 2D workspace, but it is seen in the isometric view!
Why is that?
Thanks in advance

Adjust your 'cut plane' (at the bottom right of workspace).

Sorry...I mean when I create a stair, it will be created, but in the top view it won't be displayed...and it just displays in an isometric view.
I changed the cut plane too...but it will be seen just when I change the stair elevation upper than the level of the drawing; which is incorrect!
What can I do? I really need it now because of my thesis project:(

If you can attach the dwg or at least, the part you are having trouble with, it will be easier to help you.

Thank you very much indeed
Actually I found out right now that I should change some settings in the "Display Manager" (in design menu) to show the stair in the plan view.
You are helpful & thanks for your trying to help me.
Best wishes
