Irregular Shaped Viewport w/ the Project Navigator

In ACA using the Project Navigator, is there a way to place or drag and drop a view drawing into a sheet and create an irregular shaped viewport? Or can an irregular shaped viewport be linked to a view drawing?

Can you not create the viewport using polyline then drop view to sheet. May have to delete dropped viewport and move model image to new polyviewport.

you can draw the irregular closed Pline and select your old viewport, right
click and select the viewport clip option and select your Pline. -done!
