You do not have to insert each of the items separately, assuming you are using AutoCAD Architecture. In the Design Tool Catalog, under Walls/Stud, there is a 2x4 and a 2x6 Stud wall that you can use: Stud-3.5 Sheathing-0.5 Siding and Stud-5.5 Sheathing-0.5 Siding. To get to the Catalog, open the Design Palette/Walls tab and selet "More Wall Tools", or go to the Insert Tab on the ribbon and select Content Browser (under Content) on the far right.
