Insert drawing in project navigator

Is it possible to include an existing drawing into a new project I created so it shows up in the project navigator?

I'm running ACA 2011.

Thanks

Yes.  Open the file you want to add to your project.  Open your project using Project Browser, if it is not already open.  On the Project Navigator, on the Constructs tab, right click on the folder in which you want the current drawing copied, and choose Save Current Drawing as Construct or Save Current Drawing as Element on the context menu.

(You will only be offered one of those two options, depending on where the folder on which you right clicked is located  - under the Constructs folder or under the Elements folder.)

Or, you can drag and drop files from Windows Explorer onto the desired folder on the Constructs tab.  Hold down the CRTL key to make a copy of the source file in your project.  Or just drag to move the source file to the project folder.
