IFC-import: Why are the levels not correct?

The construction engineer has exported the structural model from Revit to an IFC model.

In AutoCAD Architecture 2015 i import that model, but I get wrong levels values!

The structural engineers Revit project has a project base point = 0,0,3280

When I import I get all z-values wrong by 3300 mm.

In AutoCAD Architecture: ID for a point on a specific surface returns a z-value = -170

In Revit: Spot elevation for the same surface returns the value 3160 for the same surface.

That gives a difference i z-direction = 3330 mm where I would expect it to be only 3280.

Can anyone explain why?

Hi Jan,

It sounds like this may be an issue with the export from Revit. I'll ask one of our Revit specialists to take a look at your post and provide some insight.

In the meantime, is it possible for you to attach a sample project/file where this is happening?
