I cant find the portable view navigate properties

Hey, i don't know what i did but i some how deleted the portable view navigate properties that contain the orbit, pan realtime, extent.ect tools. It's usually located on the far right of the screen on the drawing under the North, east, south, west cube. I appreciate the help! Thank you.

Go to "view" on the upper tablets, then on the far right click on "user interface" and a list pops out, where "navigation bar" will be located; click on that.
