I have 7 AA 2010 computers and the problem is if someone changes an Icon on the ribbon it changes on everyones. I have it setup like I had 2006 with paths being the same but I can not fuigure this one out. I want to let everyone have there own screen setup and I control the palleetes from the network. Any ideas

In 2006 you had an Enterprise CUI no one could edit, with a local CUI they
could edit, and in 2010 you only have a non-enterprise cui shared with no
local option?
