help menu keeps popping up

for some reason every time some of us in the office open up a new dwg in ACA 2008 the help menu pops up. this is something that just started happening this week and we've been using ACA 2008 for quite a while now. can't figure out why this is happening, we haven't changed any setting recently.

also, it seems like almost every time we try and save a drawing we keep getting the error message that we need to run recovery, this is also something new this week.

has anyone experienced this before and can anyone help get this fixed?

What got added or auto-loaded with your ACA seat this week?

HELP kicks on if after you start a drawing you simply tap on your
keyboard, or have an errant sloppy startup macro/lisp code that has an extra
entry at the end of the string.

nothing got added. used it the same way we have been and it just started doint it on its own. and it's not just my seat but others in the office as well. and it pops up as soon as ACA is opening a drawing without me touching anything on my keyboard.

Does anyone have any idea about this one? Here we are back to work on Monday and still getting the same stupid help menu popping up every time we open a drawing. It's really starting to get on all our nerves.

I would find the person that is messing with your blocks (as in your other message) and see what he/she did.

Are you trying anything yet?

Start ACA with an stock out-of-the-box AutoCAD profile, no your current one,
does the problem go away?

Repair reinstall ACA, does the problem go away?

Uninstall and reinstall ACA, only use the provided profile, does the problem
go away?
