Hi, I have been getting such error (Getting Fatal error:FATAL ERROR:  Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xffffffff Exception at fa360004h)  whenever i want to launch my autocad architecture 2013, at the same time, my 3d max faced same problem that received error and shut down. Anyone can help me with this?

Are you running windows 8 by chance? It will help you get an answer if you list your system specs. A quick and easy way is to run DXDiag.exe

Try removing the Service Pack 1 you installed for V13. This may be causing you the problem.
