Error: unhandled access violation writing 0x0000 exception at 65015d75h

I have the 64bit versions of AutoCad and Autodesk Review loaded on my 64bit computer and although they work (rather slowly) every time I try and maximise the screen or close the program I get the error message:

Fatal Error: unhandled access violation writing 0x0000 exception at 65015d75h

Does anyone know why this is and any ideas on how to fix it? Also if the program keeps crashing at the exit stage is that causing any other problems to my computer?

Thanks

I have a new HP with a Windows 7 Ultimate that the Revit and MEP software is getting the same identical error. Just with opening, closing and moving things around within it causes the error.
