ERROR: Could not run Managed .NET function for brick block details Please help!

Hi Guys,  I'm hoping that one of you will be able to get us past this frustrating issue:

We have recently encountered the following problem in AutoCAD Architecture 2010 when using the brick/block detail components.

The error message received is as follows;

ERROR: Could not run Managed .NET function "AecDtlBrickBlockSection" in module

"C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ACA 2010\enu\Details\Details (UK)\AecDetailsUK.dll".

We attempted to resolve this with reference to TS 14710349 as found on the discussion forums, but the issue prevails.  The AECB dlls referred to in the TS were not found in the dvd.  Presumably this is because the article is for MEP rather than Architecture.  Is there a specific ACAD Arch TS for this issue. 

Any advice would be hugely appreciated.
