detail manager - cannot open database.

So now my detail manager won't work. I get the following error: Cannot open database blahblahblah. Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {E8540EA0-D20E-483F-9FD5-A5A3553A7556} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered ....

I tried to copy someone else's .mdb file that works.

I tried to switch profiles

I tried to reload ACA.cui

It worked a few weeks ago, but now not so much.

Architecture 2015

Windows 7 64-bit

AMD FirePro 4900 graphics card

clean install on new machine (no migration)

Usually this requires an uninstall and reinstall to fix...
