delete dosen't work

Hi:

 

My Autocad 2010 changed recently now when I select an object and then press delete dosen't delete, also when I double clic a text dosen't show the text highlighted so I can't change it, this has to be with configuration probably, if anyone knows how to solve  this please let me know.

Set PICKFIRST to 1.
