Create round cut-outs/wall breakthroughs

Hello everyone,

I need round cut-outs/wall breakthroughs in my drawing (created with AutoCAD Architecture 2009)!
How can I create such which should be also editable?
The catalog browser contained only rectangular cut-outs!

Add openings and in the Properties Pallete change the shape to round or even a custom profile.

Should be able to click on the opening and RC for adding a custom profile edit in place
