Crashing

After I render a scene, the program crashes if I try to render again. How
can I change this?

It's running out of memory.
Try rendering to a smaller size at lower settings.

I'm maxed on RAM. So moving to a 64 Bit system is a possibility.

Question: Where exactly is it running out of memory? Is it the temp files
that are created that are running up the RAM? Would adding a 500GB scratch
drive help, or is this purely a RAM issue?
