Crash on Opening

When I first installed ACA 13 in ran fine but was missing menu items and would not recognize some commands (walls, windows).  I reinstalled the program and now get a fatal error message (see attached) as soon as it opens.  Any suggestions as what may be causing this problem?

Hello:

Please use the following troubleshooting steps and let us know which resolves the issue;

1) Create a new user account on the computer and give it admin rights, Log onto computer with the newly created

user account. Open ACA 2013 and see if the error persist.

2) If the above user account does not give the error, then you can log back into your normal user account and Re-initiate the secondary installer as follows = http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS1108208

3)If the new user account also gave same error message then please try the following:

4) If none of the above helps resolve the issue, then try our Hail Mary! as follow:
