Copy/paste w/ right click

I installed ACA 2010 64-bit over the weekend onto my Windows 7 Home Premium system. I typically use the right-click menu and the clipboard for my copy and paste funtions when copying items from one tab or drawing to another. I've found that the 'paste as block' option is ALWAYS grayed out and not available, and fairly often even the 'paste' option is grayed out. This is happening when I am in one paperspace tab, select my items and then use 'copy with basepoint' off of the right-click menu. I immediately go to the layout I wish to paste these items into, and all paste options will be grayed out, as if there's nothing on the clipboard. If I then use ctrl+v, the items I just copied will paste.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing that's causing this?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Mouse driver setting for that button is?
Mouse driver is?

ctrl+Shift+c (pasteblock) and ctrl+shift+c(copybase) are quicker than mouse
button hunt and peck IMHO, if you have two hands and one is not on the
mouse.
