copy/paste problems

I'm trying to copy a hardware schedule from microsoft word to autoCAD and I want the formatting to stay the same how do I do this? Thanks

Use OLE (Object linking and embedding).  Select what you want to copy in word.  Choose Copyclip.  In AutoCAD, choose paste link or embed.  If you link, never move the linked file.

Disclaimer:  I do not recommend Word for this purpose.
