cannot save in autocad 2000 format

hello,

 

when i go to options -> Open and Save, i cannot choose 'autocad 2000' in the rollout. is there any way i can restore this option? R14 is too old for me, and 2004 too new 😄 also, this option doesn't appear in the 'save as' dialog as well.
