can't get my autocad architecture 2012 to install on windows 7, 32 bit, help!!!!

I am getting a message:

"the system cannot open the device or file specified".

C:\temp\_AIA9B6.tmp\x86\en-us\components\adr2012\setupdesignreview2012.msi

i then search  *.msi file and got another message:

microsoft visual C++ 2010 redistributed is required to continue w/ installaton.....

help

I have admin privs, running net 4, suficient memory

Are you logged in as full admin on the PC?

Go to Microsoft's website for the Visual C++ download, grab it and install it as needed.

Uncheck the DESIGNREVIEW installation to continue with the install if needed: you can grab it later from Autodesk's website.
