%%c - Diameter Symbol

I am using ARCHITXT.shx as my font. When I use %%C I am getting ? instead of the diameter symbol.

I get the ? only when I use mtext and when I edit dimensions.

It works for dtext fine.

I am running ADT 2008. I know it works in all cases in ADT 2004.
