Booting up....then DISAPPEARS

I've got 5 different shortcuts on my desktop for AutoCAD MEP 2010, each using a different profile.

 

One I have for Architecture that I double click on and it starts to go thru it's normal start up....loading up various things....hits Project Navigator.....and then in a blink it disappears as I see the PN files showing getting loaded.

 

If I use another shortcut....AutoCAD launches fine.

 

Is my profile corrupt??
