AutoCAD Architecture Content Browser not working

The content browser in AutoCAD Architecture 2013 does not seem to be working on a standard users computer.

The profile has been rebuilt alongside a repair/reinstall through the control panel.

Ctrl+4

Tools > Content Browser

and typing contentbrowser in the command do not result in anything.

Any advise in how to get this repaired would be fantastic.

I have been advised that the Windows profile may be corrupt as the Content Browser works when signed in as an administrator - does anyone agree with this.

Should I take any steps before deleting windows profile.
